Call us as soon as you have an accident
When you have an accident please inform us as soon as possible. What we need is third party vehicle registration, their vehicle make and model, any insurance details they may have and contact details.

We organise repairs or a full payment
We will book your vehicle into our insurance approved garages.
Where we have established that other party was at fault for the accident, we will provide you with a replacement vehicle during the duration you are deprived of the use of your own vehicle.
For added protection we will insure you under our policy so that you do not have to go around finding insurance and through claiming with us the charges will be against the third party insurer and not to you.
We assess and monitor your repair so that work is carried out to highest standard.
Once the repairs are complete to your vehicle we will contact you and arrange for you to inspect the vehicle and collect the vehicle.
Getting your vehicle back
Once you have your car back we will confirm the entire claim with you and attain any supporting documentation that helps the case.
Once we reach reimbursement from the insurers we will make sure you get all the money you are entitled to.
