All drivers must be a minimum of 25 years old.
The items you will need to bring to a branch when renting from Simple Self Drive are: UK drivers who passed their ordinary car driving test before 1 January 1997 will normally have been issued an old-style UK driving licence showing vehicles of Group A or a new style EC driving licence showing vehicles of Categories B, C1 and D1. Drivers who passed their ordinary driving test after 1 January 1997 are only issued a driving licence showing vehicles of Category B (up to 8 passenger seats). Categories C1 and D1 are no longer issued automatically, and you may find that if you return your licence to the DVLA for any reason these categories are removed by the DVLA. Check your own licence carefully.
A full driving licence has been held for at least two years. Credit or Debit Car
A deposit is compulsory and will be discussed with you prior to you collecting your hire. The deposit is fully refundable dependant on vehicle return and condition.
Simple’s vehicles will be clean, smoke free and roadworthy. Our vans will be personally inspected for any existing 'wear and tear' prior to you picking up your hire
Our prices may vary, this is due to various factors such as, vehicle size, vehicle make and availability
Vans must be returned during branch business hours.
There will be no hidden charges. Additional charges could account for damage, late returns, fuel, traffic violations and fine processing charges, but these will be explained to you prior to you picking up your vehicle.
All our cars come with a fully comprehensive insurance plan.
All our vans come with unlimited mileage.
We request the van is returned with the same amount of fuel you sign for it with. If a van is collected with less fuel than when it was delivered, then you may become liable for the fuel charges.
