We’ll help you through the process of making a claim after an RTA (Road Traffic Accident).
In simple terms, we hire like-for-like replacement vehicles ready for Private Hire use while their vehicle is off road or at the garage getting repaired.
As the accident was not your fault, there will be no charge to you, rather the third-party insurer is billed. We manage their claims for post-accident losses (such as hire and repair costs) against said third party insurer.
Vehicle Recovery
During the stressful time of an accident the last thing on your mind will be the hassle of arranging everything!
Trying to secure your vehicle is difficult as most people do not have much knowledge of what to do, so this is where we come in and we can arrange all of this for you so that you do not have to worry and you can focus on the bigger picture at hand.
As part of the claim we can recover this off the third party later, so you will not have to magically come up with money from your pocket.
Replacement Vehicle
If you have had an accident you will most likely will have a million and one things going through your mind questions like how to drop the kids to school? or how you will get to work?
We understand these things can use unnecessary stress, so to make the steps simpler we offer you a credit hire vehicle at no cost to you meaning you have an immediate vehicle whilst yours is off to the garage for repairs.
